SHIPPING POLICY

Effective as of (29/09/2018)

Once an order has been placed and shipped, IT CANNOT BE CANCELED. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For certain orders through the website of Maraya’s Marketplace, you hereby authorize an approved customs broker to act as your agent, and to transact business with US Customs and Border Protection to obtain a release of merchandise, account for duties and taxes, return merchandise, and electronically submit refund claims on your behalf.

Please verify shipping, billing, and email information is correct before submitting payment. Lost packages due to INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER during purchase is not the responsibility of Maraya’s Marketplace.  All returned packages due to an invalid address we will be reshipped. Refunds or replacement product will not be issued if returned packages are not received by Maraya’s Marketplace. Undeliverable packages due to Maraya’s Marketplace error will be reshipped at the expense of the company.

Shipping to anywhere is free and trackable, for a small additional fee, it can be sent with insurance.

We do ship orders from different locations, which is more suitable for you, so we can help you to not need to pay customs taxes.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

All purchase orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days and after it’s been shipped, it takes 10 – 20 business days within the U.S., depending on your location. Orders to Canada, Europe, Australia and Oceania, Russia are delivered between 10 and 25 business days after they are processed. Orders to Africa, South America, and some remote locations might take up to 30 business days, so please contact us if you want to be sure. In certain occasions, things may get stuck at customs for inspection but be rest assured that they will reach you very soon!

Orders are not shipped after the closing of business on Friday. Orders will not be shipped on weekends and holidays. Once an order has been placed, you can change the shipping address or email address as well the items ordered (size, color, etc.) if the order isn't processed yet.

Please note that order delivery time can be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs laws and other variables which is actually beyond you or our control. Please understand we cannot be held responsible for these situations.

When will I receive tracking information?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Maraya’s Marketplace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
